Privacy notice

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this website we collect what you enter: your name, phone number and/or email address, suburb, the support you’re interested in, who you’re enquiring as, your preferred contact method and any message. We also record which page of this site you sent it from, the first page you visited, the website that referred you and any campaign tags in the link you followed, so we understand how people find us.

Please don’t include health information or NDIS numbers in the form. We’ll ask for what we need when we talk.

Why we collect it, and who sees it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry. The form sends them by email to the Western Sydney Services team, using an email delivery service (Resend). This website does not keep its own copy, and we don’t sell or share your details for marketing.

Website analytics

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count page views, clicks on phone and enquiry buttons, and page performance. They don’t use cookies and report aggregated numbers, not individual visitors.

To ask what we hold about you, correct it, or raise a concern, call us on 02 8722 0799. Our organisation-wide privacy policy is on our main website.
