— Support Worker

NDIS Support Workers in Western Sydney

Hands-on, everyday personal care and daily living assistance, in your own home.

The role

What this actually looks like

A support worker provides direct, hands-on assistance with everyday life — personal care, daily routines, and getting out into the community — as distinct from a support coordinator, who helps manage your plan rather than deliver care directly.

  • Personal care
  • Daily living assistance
  • Support to get out and participate locally

Support workers who work directly with NDIS participants are required to hold a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
