About private home cleaning

Not everyone who wants help keeping their home clean has an NDIS plan. Our home cleaning service is open to anyone across Western Sydney, paid privately.

It's the same careful approach we bring to NDIS support: consistent cleaners you can trust in your home, doing the jobs you want done.

Who it's for

  • Households across Western Sydney who want regular or one-off cleaning
  • Older people and families who want reliable help at home
  • NDIS participants who want cleaning beyond what their plan covers

What's included

How we can help

Bathrooms and kitchens

Thorough cleaning of the rooms that need it most.

Vacuuming and mopping

Floors throughout the home, done properly.

Consistent, trusted cleaners

We aim to send cleaners you get to know, so you're comfortable with who's in your home.

Funding

How funding usually works

Private cleaning is paid directly — it isn't claimed from an NDIS plan. Get in touch to talk about what you need and how often, and we'll explain the options.

If you have an NDIS plan and need cleaning because of your disability, NDIS-funded domestic assistance may cover it instead.

General NDIS information. Your own plan decides what is funded — check it, or ask your plan manager, support coordinator or the NDIA (1800 800 110).

Getting started

What happens when you enquire

  1. 1

    Tell us what you need

Send an enquiry through this website or call 02 8722 0799. A few details about the support you're looking for and your suburb is enough to start.

  2. 2

Talk it through with our team

A member of the WSS team contacts you the way you prefer. We'll talk about your goals, your plan and where you live — there's no obligation.

  3. 3

    Agree on your supports

Before anything starts, you agree on the supports, schedule and costs. NDIS participants usually do this through a service agreement.

  4. 4

    Support begins

Your supports start, and we adjust them with you as your needs, routines or plan change.

Questions

Common questions

Do I need an NDIS plan to book cleaning?

No. Our private home cleaning service is open to anyone.

Can I book regular cleaning?

Yes. Tell us how often you'd like cleaning and what you need done.

I have an NDIS plan — should I use this or NDIS cleaning?

If cleaning relates to your disability support needs, NDIS-funded domestic assistance may cover it. If not, or if you want extra cleaning, private cleaning is the option.

Can I arrange cleaning for an older parent or relative?

Yes. Family members often get in touch on someone else's behalf. Tell us whose home it is, what needs doing, and who we should talk to about access and timing.

What should I tell you when I ask about cleaning?

Which rooms and jobs you'd like done, how often, your suburb, and anything we should know before visiting — such as access, pets, allergies or products you prefer.
